Cylindrical roller bearings

Cylindrical roller bearings are the best choice for high radial loads.

In Motion offers a diversified range depending on the number of crowns, the type of cage or the absence of the same.

Needle roller bearings

These bearings are characterized by a high load capacity and are therefore suitable for applications where a limited radial size is needed.

Our offer includes: drawn cup needle roller bearings, needle roller bearings, spherical roller bearings, combined angular contact ball bearings, combined thrust ball bearings, combined cylindrical roller axles.

Spherical roller bearings

Swivel or barrel bearings are used in particularly demanding applications.

Their adjustability allows to compensate possible misalignments of the shaft with respect to the bearing seat and withstand loads both in axial and radial directions.

Special bearings

Bearings for special applications, electrically insulated bearings, bearings specifically developed for belt tensioners and bearings made according to customers’ specifications.

Axial ball bearings

Axial ball bearings are built to withstand axial loads only. They are available in single or double acting versions.

Housings

Housings are available in various executions and materials such as cast iron, steel, aluminum, steel sheet and plastic.

Housing units are supplied with bearings which can oscillate inside the housing so as to compensate any misalignment.

Bearings are pre-lubricated and housings are equipped with grease nipple for relubrication.

Technology

In Motion bearings are produced on new generation lines able to guarantee high standards of processing and track lapping.

Assembly of bearings takes place on automatic lines performing specific controls in terms of grease quantity, cage and ball integrity, backlash verification and measurement and vibration monitoring.

Design

In addition to supporting the customer in the choice of the most suitable bearing, our Technical Department is dedicated to continuous product improvement from contact geometry to cage design and material and from seals to lubrication dynamics.
Furthermore, our technical department is able to develop special bearings according to customer’s specifications.

Production capacity

In Motion produces many types of bearings suitable for different industrial applications.

Our range includes: ball bearings, tapered roller bearings, cylindrical and barrel bearings as well as special bearings, whose size varies from 3 mm to 6 m.

Existing production capacity is able to satisfy any customer request. Current production output includes over 300 million pieces.
